Disease is a conversation. Immune cells talk to tissue. Organs talk to each other. Scaling up simple models can't capture that, and that's where drugs fail.
We build the biology that the rest of the field is missing. Then we use it to develop drugs.
Why does drug discovery?
Most preclinical models test one tissue at a time, without an immune system of their own. Patients don't work that way.
Orgonaut builds modular, immune-competent models. The core is comBO (combined bone and bone marrow organoid), which supplies immune cells to the tissues we link to it.
Every experiment captures the conversation across cells and organs. Every conversation trains our machine learning models to find the targets single-organ models miss, and develop them in a patient relevant context.

Orgonaut's platform combines immune-competent multi-organoid systems with machine learning to create a predictive drug development engine built on human biology.
comBO Bone Marrow Organoids
The backbone of Orgonaut - an IPSC-derived organoid comprising 30+ differentiated cell types, full vascularisation, and critically, a functional immune system. Immune cells generated by comBO are recruited to other organoids, mimicking human physiology reliably and scalably.
